Thank you for shopping with Odd Dog Yarn. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will be delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 days after receiving your order confirmation email. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unforeseen delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Delivery within Calgary, Alberta: 1-7 days (typically delivered on weekends)
Domestic Shipping in Canada: 7-9 business days
International Shipping: 9–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Odd Dog Yarn is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
