At Odd Dog Yarns, each skein is hand-dyed in small batches, making every one a little unique. Because of this, we only accept returns in the event of an error in order fulfillment.

Returns Eligibility

We will gladly accept a return or issue a replacement only if:

• You received the wrong item, wrong quantity, or incorrect colourway due to an error on our part

• The item is unused, unwound, and in its original condition

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Colour preference or dye-lot variation

• Changes of mind

• Differences in appearance due to screen settings

• Yardage or fibre misunderstandings clearly stated in the product description

 

Reporting an Issue

If you believe there was an error with your order, please contact us within [7 days] of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s) received

This helps us sort things out quickly and fairly.

 

Resolution

If an error is confirmed, we will:

• Send a replacement item or

• Issue a refund for the affected item(s), at our discretion

Return shipping costs for fulfillment errors will be covered by Odd Dog Yarns.

 

Final Sale Items

Unless otherwise stated, all items are considered final sale due to the nature of hand-dyed yarn.
